we can recommend this property to all. everything is good here. a standard double room has basic facilities you need. there are lots of supplies like: an electric kettle, climate control, and television. the stuff is very, very nice, amicable. the location is wonderful, short walk to close to restaurants, the osaka castle and shinsaibashi and namba, we liked it.

It had QUIET atmosphere and everything was great. As for me, the location was great, really close to the shopping mall, the shopping street and Dotonbori, and major shopping centers in Osaka.

Everything was great, marvellous location next to close to restaurants and the shopping street and Dotonbori, amicable staff. The property was in the middle of the city. I found there a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Sushi Shizuku that is only 5 minutes' walk away. The room was reasonably spacious, the beds were comfortable, I truly enjoyed it...

I really have no complaints about this place; it was exactly what I needed and I highly recommend it! It’s conveniently located close to ShinSaibashi and Namba, making it easy to access the shopping mall and bustling shopping streets. 🛍️.

we had a fantastic stay at shinsaibashi grand hotel. the hotel is perfectly located near metro stations and plenty of restaurants and bars. the staff went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us with airport transport. we also appreciated the complimentary ramen dinner one night, which was a delightful surprise!

I had a pretty solid stay at this hotel! the breakfast was delightful, with loads of tasty options that catered to various diets. the staff were super friendly, making me feel welcome, and the housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean. Plus, the common area with complimentary drinks was a nice touch. It's also conveniently located near popular spots for shopping and vibrant nightlife.

One thing I wish could be improved is the soundproofing; it was a bit noisy in the hallways.

The room was comfy and equipped with roll-in showers. I could enjoy central heating, a TV with cable channels, and a fridge. the staff were helpful, friendly, and the location was marvelous, right in the middle of Jackson. the hotel had a quiet atmosphere.
